New Year Brings Rush for Building Permits
New Year brought a rush business to the building inspector's office and the records show the first permit issued was for a $60.000 apartment house, one of the largest permits issued in recent weeks. The structure is to be built at 3002 W. 38th avenue by L. A. Sciner.
It will be two stories in height and of brick. William Bowman is the architect and J. A. Williamson the contractor.
